About Doctor Mahrdad Vakilha

Dr. Vakilha began his medical practice on February 1, 2011. Dr. Vakilha graduated from the University of Tehran, Iran. Dr. Vakilha successfully completed a one-year Medical Licensure Program for International Medical Graduates at the University of Manitoba in January 2011. Dr. Vakilha and his family have been in Canada since 2005. He recently became the new manager of Greystone Medical Centre, and he is thrilled to be at the new location.

    Dr. Vakilha is an excellent doctor. He takes time to listen, and does not rush through his patients. He also has a convenient onsite lab and pharmacy.

    This doctor is good and thorough. The only thing that he needs to work on is when referring to a specialist, more research is needed into the  professionalism of said specialist.

    He is simply the best doctor I have met. He cares a lot for his patients, and the staffs are great as well. Dr. Vakilha is a good listener; he will actually get things done for you.

    I am very lucky to have found the clinic. It is convenient with an onsite lab and pharmacy. The wait time is short and it only takes one week to book a physical exam. Dr. Vakilha is thorough and knowledgeable. He takes time to listen and explain. The staff are also helpful and courteous.

    I’ve been seeing Dr. Vakilha more than year for different conditions. He is not just a good practitioner but also he is a good human. I like the way he treats people. He is excellent at diagnosis and treatment of disease and his manner is a good example that I love to follow. He cares about patients and family. I recommended Dr. Vakilha to anyone that I know.

    Dr. Vakilha is great. Only issue is waiting for him first thing in the morning, but aside from that he makes every attempt to show you the most care and understanding when you visit him. Scarborough residents should use him; he is one of the best.

    I've been to a number of doctors over a span of 5 years and still struggled with my health. Meeting and changing to doctor Vakilha was the best thing I have ever done! He is absolutely amazing. I feel taken care of when I go to him. I also feel listened to and understood. I would recommend him to anyone!

    He is very understanding of the patient and genuinely cares about his patients. He has a a caring, sincere, and empathetic attitude towards patients as well. A great listener as it was mentioned by other reviews. He does an amazing job and goes out of his way to help his patients. I highly recommend this family physician to other people.
